Using Family Clarity™
Family Clarity™ is operated by Global Market Communications Pty Ltd, Australia. By using this website or purchasing Family Clarity services, you agree to these Terms. Family Clarity provides structured analytical evaluations of relationship and household coordination through questionnaires, reports, and diagnostic analysis using our proprietary framework.
Not therapy. Not diagnosis. Not legal advice. Family Clarity is a structural diagnostic tool. Reports are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. Nothing in the report constitutes clinical, psychological, or legal advice, and should not be treated as such.
User responsibilities & data
Inputs for evaluations may include personal, relational, and household information. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to provide such information and that it is accurate to your knowledge. Family Clarity analysis relies on your submissions and cannot independently verify any data provided.
Where both partners participate, each partner is responsible for their own responses. Neither partner's individual responses are shared with the other — only the combined report output is delivered jointly, unless you have chosen individual delivery.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
- You confirm that both partners have consented to participate where a joint assessment is submitted.
- All provided data is treated with confidentiality as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Handling & Confidentiality statement.
- This service is not suitable where safety concerns, coercive control, or domestic abuse are present. See our Disclaimer for guidance and support resources.
Informational use only.
By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Report outputs are informational and directional only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — clinical, psychological, financial, or legal.
- You will not make major life, legal, financial, medical, or relationship decisions solely on the basis of a Family Clarity report.
- No professional relationship — therapeutic, clinical, or advisory — is created between you and Family Clarity or Global Market Communications Pty Ltd by use of this service.
- Reports are generated from self-reported questionnaire inputs using an automated process. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and are not independently verified. No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose is made.
- Results reflect your responses at the time of completion and do not predict future outcomes for any individual or relationship.
